Send Grometrics alerts through Discord.

Connect Discord and verify alert delivery to the target Discord channel.

Prerequisites

A Discord webhook URL for the target channel
Owner access to the Grometrics workspace

Steps

Open the Discord notification

Go to Dashboard → Integrations, find Discord under Notifications, and click Connect.

Enter the Discord destination

Paste the complete Discord webhook URL for the channel that should receive alerts.

Choose alert types

Select the events you want delivered. High-intent visitor sends once when a visitor reaches three saved-goal completions. New sale and Refund report payment activity.

Verify and save

Click Continue, run the test, and confirm the test alert appears in the target Discord channel. Save the connection after verification succeeds.

Troubleshooting

Discord rejects the webhook

Create a new webhook in the target channel's Integrations settings and paste the complete HTTPS URL.

The alert appears in the wrong channel

Replace the destination with a webhook created for the correct Discord channel, then verify again.

No high-intent Discord alert arrived

Confirm High-intent visitor (3 goals) is selected and the Discord connection still shows Connected.
