Overview
Connect Kajabi to import completed course and membership payments into Grometrics. Transactions remain the financial source of truth, while Kajabi purchases and cart orders add offer, product, coupon, source, and order context without duplicating revenue.

Steps
Create a Kajabi User API Key
Open Kajabi Settings → Public API and create a key for Grometrics.
- Choose an Owner or Subowner as the API user.
- Grant view access to sites, transactions, purchases, orders, customers, and offers.
- Grant webhook access so Grometrics can register live payment delivery.
- Copy the Client ID and Client Secret.
Connect Kajabi
Open Integrations, choose Kajabi, and enter the API credentials.
- Choose which payment, subscription, and refund activity to import.
- Run Test connection.
- Select the Kajabi site when the key can access more than one.
- Save Kajabi to register the protected Payment Succeeded webhook and start the initial import.
Verify revenue
Open Revenue and confirm that Kajabi payments show the expected offer names, customer details, renewals, and refunds.
Kajabi sends successful payments live. Grometrics also reconciles the selected site once daily so refunds and disputes are not missed.

API availability
Kajabi Public API access depends on your Kajabi plan or API add-on. If the connection test is denied, confirm Public API access and the key permissions in Kajabi before rotating the credentials.
Disconnect Kajabi
Disconnecting removes the Kajabi webhook and clears the encrypted Client ID, Client Secret, site selection, and endpoint token from Grometrics. Previously imported revenue remains in your reports.
