Slack

Send Grometrics alerts through Slack.

Connect Slack and verify alert delivery to the target Slack channel.

Prerequisites

  • A Slack incoming webhook URL for the target channel
  • Owner access to the Grometrics workspace

Steps

Open the Slack notification

Go to Dashboard → Integrations, find Slack under Notifications, and click Connect.

Enter the Slack destination

Paste the complete Slack incoming webhook URL for the channel that should receive alerts.

Choose alert types

Select the events you want delivered. High-intent visitor sends once when a visitor reaches three saved-goal completions. New sale and Refund report payment activity.

Verify and save

Click Continue, run the test, and confirm the test alert appears in the target Slack channel. Save the connection after verification succeeds.

Troubleshooting

Slack rejects the webhook

Create a new incoming webhook for the target channel and paste the complete HTTPS URL.

The alert appears in the wrong channel

Create a webhook for the correct Slack channel, then replace and reverify the destination in Grometrics.

No high-intent Slack alert arrived

Confirm High-intent visitor (3 goals) is selected and the Slack connection still shows Connected.
