Before you start
- A destination such as email, Slack, Discord, or webhook
How to do it

Open Integrations and choose the notification provider.

Authorize or enter the destination, then select sales, refunds, daily summaries, weekly summaries, or high-intent alerts.

Send or trigger a safe test and confirm the message reaches the intended channel.
What to check
- Only selected event types are enabled
- The destination and workspace name are correct
