This page explains what data Grometrics processes and how that data is used.

What we collect

We collect account details, billing details, and analytics data you choose to send to Grometrics, such as pageviews, conversion events, attribution metadata, country, region, and browser-reported timezone. We do not retain visitor city names, latitude or longitude, or raw IP addresses in analytics records.

How we use data

We use this data to operate the product, provide coarse geographic analytics, prevent abuse, process billing, and improve the service. Abuse detection uses a keyed, non-reversible digest instead of storing the raw IP address.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers needed to run Grometrics, such as infrastructure, payment, email, and database vendors.

Retention and security

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it.
