Before you start
- Administrator access to the payment provider
- A Grometrics workspace receiving customer activity
How to do it
- 1
Open Integrations and select Stripe, RevenueCat, Paddle, Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, Shopify, or a custom webhook.

Complete authentication or credential setup and choose the correct account.
- 3
Run the initial sync, then match a recent transaction to its visitor and source.
What to check
- Connected remains visible after a retryable sync failure
- Reconnect required appears only when credentials need attention
- New sales, renewals, and refunds appear once each
