Before you start

  • A Grometrics workspace
  • At least one tracked session in the selected date range

How to do it

  1. 1

    Open Devices and choose device, browser, operating system, model, or app version.

  2. 2

    Compare user share, conversion, and revenue rather than adoption alone.

  3. 3

    For mobile, set minimum supported OS versions in Settings and review Legacy or EOL rows.

What to check

  • The platform filter matches the audience you are evaluating
  • A support decision accounts for both user share and revenue
