Before you start
- Related properties on the same parent domain
- Access to every controlled subdomain
How to do it
- 1
Open Settings > Tracking and install the same Grometrics Site ID on the marketing site, app, docs, and controlled checkout.

Navigate between subdomains without clearing browser storage.
- 3
Open the visitor profile and confirm each hostname appears inside one timeline.
What to check
- The visitor count does not increase during the handoff
- Events retain their real hostname for filtering
